I'll have to say Lasagna. But, like everything else, there is a story behind it.

I was probably eight years old when I visited an aunt on my mother’s side of the family. She was cooking this delicious pasta with multiple layers, filled with meat and tomato sauce.

It was love at first sight. I couldn't stop looking at it, and when she placed a piece of it on a plate and put it in front of me, I took the first bite, a bite that took me to heaven.

It's hard to see it from this angle, but I tattooed this quote on my skin years ago. It's a reminder of who I am.

The quote says, “Find what you love and let it kill you.”

As you can see there, I love books. As a writer, I can't see my life without them.

In case I haven't told you, I'm a member of a couple of clubs. One of them is Toastmasters. We have a zoom meeting at 6:30 PT
If you are interested in sharping up your public speaking skills, we would love to have you.
