The fuel of anxiety is the resistance of the present moment.

Wishing things to be different just creates more tension in the mind, when we ACCEPT the present moment as it is, we can rest in the idea that this moment has all we need.

@AXIAN_NO7 Anxiety is present in most of us. Worrying about the future, or doubting the outcomes that we want. But resting in the present moment as it is, allows us to expand our mind beyond our 5 senses, opening space for peace and stillness. Here for you bro!!
